Although the outcome was not what I wanted to hear, Dr.Cain took the time to explain my problem and all the treatment options available. He was very patient as I asked many questions and never made me feel like just another person in the chair. He has a calm demeanor and that is soothing knowing that I will be in that a chair a few more times. His staff are all very friendly and sweet as well!!

Everyone is pleasant and friendly. I especially liked the way the doctor explained what I needed and why. Also loved the decor because it felt like you’re walking into a home rather than an office. My first experience was very positive and looking forward to seeing them again.

This is the first time in many years that I feel comfortable smiling! Excellent, professional, knowledgeable, caring, honest, and respectful staff members take you through the whole process. I really don’t like going to the dentist, but I highly recommend Dr Cain and his staff for your dental needs.

Dr Cain and his staff were so friendly and easy going. I tend to get nervous about dental related appointments but I felt at ease in this office. The office its self is very clean, well decorated and cozy! They have set a very welcoming atmosphere with both the ppl and surroundings. I did not feel rushed through my consult. Dr Cain was knowledgeable, patient with questions and didn’t make me feel pressured to make any decisions that day, about treatment. We discussed my options and what made me feel most comfortable. I appreciated having a discussion with a professional who didn’t immediately jump to the worst case scenario and most expensive or complex treatment. We discussed my unique situation, possible outcomes, and treatment options. And we agreed on how to proceed from there.
